If there's one sector I would have placed least bet upon to adopt permanent remote work, it would be the automobile industry.

Turns out 2020 continues to shatter our beliefs and assumptions.

Ford Motor Company, the 117-year old legendary automaker, has extended #remotework option to its 30,000 salaried employees for the rest of the year.

On top of this, basis a detailed survey to be conducted, many will be offered this choice permanently!

Ford is also planning to provide employees the needed equipment and supplies once they decide to permanently work remotely.

What industry or company do you think will follow suit next?
